Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RapidRiver Clay Studio services at rapidriver.click (“Site”). By accessing the Site or enrolling in classes, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Enrollments and payments

Placing items in your cart does not secure a seat until payment is completed. Prices are listed in USD and may change before purchase. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

3. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the course start. Within 7 days, we will attempt to fill your seat; if filled, you receive a refund, otherwise we issue a studio credit. Missed sessions are not refundable, but we may offer open-studio credits when capacity allows.

4. Conduct and safety

Respect instructors and peers. Follow studio safety rules for tools, glazes, and kilns. We may remove participants who endanger others or disrupt classes, with appropriate refunds as determined in our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, schedules, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

6. Disclaimers

We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. Clay, glazes, and firings involve variables; minor imperfections are part of handcrafted work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidRiver Clay Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
